In a recent video, Yeldana shared her personal experiences, describing encounters with Kazakh men who, after minimal interaction, allegedly assumed she was available for sexual advances. Yeldana, who has resided in Vietnam for some time, recounted that she was approached by Kazakh men twice during her stay, once via Telegram and once offline on a beach. She stated, "It feels like as soon as Kazakh men go abroad, they instantly turn into 'Malovs' (a colloquial term implying crude or boorish behavior)." She expressed her dismay that after merely sharing a meal in a cafe, these men reportedly expected her to "take off all her clothes and go to bed with them." She emphasized the importance of respecting personal boundaries, stating, "If a girl travels alone, it doesn't mean she's itching for sex and is ready to sleep with you on the second day of acquaintance." Yeldana further clarified that her modest attire and independent demeanor should not be misinterpreted as an invitation for inappropriate advances. "I don't dress vulgarly, I don't demand money, I don't behave like a prostitute. It's not written on my forehead that I want to get into your pants," she asserted. The content creator, who identifies as Kazakh herself, concluded her video by urging her male compatriots to "behave normally" and "not be animals," expressing deep shame for their actions.
