
Missing British Backpacker Found Dead in Malaysia
A body found in Bangsar, Malaysia, has been identified as that of a British man, Jordan Michael John Johanson-Doyle, who had been missing since May 27, 2025. The Brickfields District Police Chief, ACP Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood, confirmed that a post-mortem examination commenced at 10:30 AM on June 5th. "The autopsy has been completed," stated ACP Ku Mahmood, "and the identity of the deceased has been confirmed." The body was discovered in a difficult-to-access location within a construction site. ACP Ku Mahmood cautioned against speculation linking the death to the missing person case, emphasizing that the cause of death remains under investigation. The case is currently classified as sudden death.
