Las Vegas Bartender Faces Child Sex Abuse Charges After Hidden Camera Found
Las Vegas Bartender Arrested, Faces Child Sex Abuse Charges After Hidden Camera Discovery Las Vegas, NV – A Las Vegas bartender, Christopher Cohen, is facing multiple felony charges, including the production of child sexual abuse material, after a hidden camera was discovered in the women's restroom of the John Cutter Tavern. The investigation, which began last month, was sparked by an 18-year-old woman who reported finding a suspicious device that resembled a USB charger. Upon examination, the device revealed recordings of multiple women using the restroom without their knowledge. "It looked like a USB charger, but hidden inside was a micro-SD card with disturbing footage," said a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson. The investigation took a more serious turn when detectives discovered additional footage on the same micro-SD card, this time from a private residence identified as Cohen's home. The footage showed Cohen's two young daughters, aged 13 and 8, using the toilet. Cohen admitted to using hidden cameras at home, but denied placing one at his workplace. On May 15th, Cohen was arrested during a traffic stop near his residence. Officers found nearly three grams of cocaine in his possession, resulting in an additional felony drug charge. Cohen appeared in court on Tuesday to face the charges. The John Cutter Tavern's owner released a statement assuring the public that staff were unaware of Cohen's actions and are cooperating fully with authorities. The case highlights the importance of vigilance and the devastating consequences of such crimes.
