Lawyer Roman Podlesnykh explains that in-game purchases are legal, but minors under 14 need parental consent. If consent is missing, the transaction is void. Podlesnykh advises contacting the app store's support and providing proof of the child's age. If support refuses a refund, write a claim and, if necessary, file a lawsuit.
