The bombing caused significant damage to the building and a nearby apartment complex, though thankfully, residents of the apartment building were able to evacuate safely. One resident described the scene: "We heard the explosions and immediately ran to the basement. It was terrifying." While the administration building suffered extensive damage, the focus shifted to the ten individuals injured. Three received outpatient care, while the others required more extensive treatment.
