In a widely viewed online segment, Gaitan presented a case involving a Mazda CX-5, whose engine, visibly coated in a cleaning agent, underscored the severity of the issue at hand. The vehicle's owner is reportedly attempting to claim a recurring fault, specifically a cylinder head failure that first occurred in 2023, now manifesting as an excess pressure problem. Gaitan emphasized the legal and safety imperative to cease driving a compromised vehicle immediately. "You cannot continue circulating with a vehicle that is leaking antifreeze profusely," Gaitan stated, pointing to the engine. "Bringing it to the workshop in such a state, throwing antifreeze everywhere and driving it on the road, you cannot do that." He elaborated on the client's situation, noting that two years have passed since the initial cylinder head repair. "My colleague was preparing an expert report for this car because the client wants to claim a fault from 2023," Gaitan explained. "Evidently, he cannot be told that this expert report will be very favorable to him, considering that from 2023, we are at the end of 2025." The expert warned that continued use of a damaged car not only worsens the mechanical state but also weakens any potential legal or warranty claims. "You have to be aware that if you continue, the damage you cause will be greater," he asserted. "So, you need to stop, repair, or claim, but you cannot continue using the car and two years later want to claim something that, as I tell you, you probably have a reason for, but by not having done things well, you lose it."
