Massive Fire Engulfs Almassora Scrapyard

A large fire broke out this morning at a former scrapyard in the industrial area of Almassora, Castellón, Spain. Thick black smoke was visible for miles. According to the Castellón Provincial Fire Consortium, five fire crews, a 35,000-liter water tanker, a helicopter, and command units responded to the scene. 'We've deployed significant resources to tackle this fire,' said a spokesperson for the Consortium. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but early reports suggest it may be related to the large quantity of textile materials stored at the site. The fire is currently under control, and no injuries have been reported.
