SEMEY, Kazakhstan – A resident of Semey has voiced concerns regarding the city's public transportation system, specifically highlighting instances where multiple buses on the same route arrive in quick succession. Zinaida, a local resident, contacted Arnapress.kz to report her observations, noting that she recorded moments when several buses of the same route were seen traveling directly one after another. The footage provided shows green public buses, including routes 311 and 56, passing by bus stops in Semey. Passengers are seen waiting at these stops, suggesting that the irregular spacing of buses could lead to prolonged waiting times followed by an inefficient cluster of arrivals. This issue raises questions about the scheduling and management of public transport routes within the city, impacting daily commutes for many residents.
