Rosario Tijeras Reduces Sexual Content Due to Young Viewership
Mexico City – The popular Mexican series "Rosario Tijeras" has intentionally reduced its sexual content in recent seasons, a representative from Aura Series revealed. The decision stems from an unexpected shift in the show's viewership, which now includes a significant number of children and teenagers. According to the Aura Series spokesperson, the production team observed that many young viewers not only followed the series but also developed a strong admiration for the titular character, Rosario. "We realized there are many children who watch it and love Rosario," the representative stated, highlighting that while not five-year-olds, many viewers are around thirteen years old. This demographic change prompted the creators to adjust the show's content to be more suitable for its younger audience. The move reflects a growing awareness within the entertainment industry regarding the impact of content on diverse age groups and the responsibility to cater to evolving viewership patterns.
