La Seguridad Social permite que los empleados mejoren los ingresos de los hogares más vulnerables sin renunciar al empleo
Madrid, Spain – A recent clarification regarding Spain's Minimum Vital Income (IMV) benefit indicates that working individuals are now eligible to receive the aid, provided their combined annual income from both salary and the IMV does not exceed 17,000 euros. This update aims to ensure that financial support reaches those who need it, even if they are employed. Previously, there was confusion among some applicants and even officials regarding the compatibility of employment with receiving the IMV. The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration has confirmed that the benefit can be harmonized with earned income, offering crucial support to individuals and families while encouraging employment.
