The event, which occurred approximately a week ago, saw an individual pursued by an armed assailant during rush hour traffic. Delfin recounted his experience, stating, "We are no longer safe anywhere." He described being in a ride-sharing vehicle around 5 PM when he witnessed a person running desperately, covering their head, followed closely by another individual brandishing a weapon. The assailant reportedly attempted to fire multiple shots at the fleeing person. Due to heavy traffic, Delfin's vehicle was unable to move, leaving him and his driver in a vulnerable position. "They didn't manage to hit the person running with any shot, and it all remained a horrible scare," Delfin stated, expressing relief that the victim was unharmed.
