Dr. Cat highlighted the importance of consistent skincare, stating, "Even the smallest amount of UV exposure to your skin can damage it forever. It's so important to use skincare every single day and keep your skin looking healthy and young." She also cautioned against extending Botox intervals beyond six months, explaining that "your skin is like a piece of paper. If you keep folding it over and over again, eventually it's going to make a deep enough crease that won't go away." A significant warning was issued regarding external fat-melting procedures such as CoolSculpting. Dr. Cat explained that "most of these technologies create significant scar tissue underneath the skin and also do little to reduce the fat." She further elaborated on a severe complication: "CoolSculpting can cause a complication called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia that actually grows the fat into big tumors."
