"TH Travel has never appointed any outside company or entity to promote, manage, or receive payments for any Hajj or Umrah packages," a company spokesperson stated. The spokesperson emphasized that all payments for Hajj packages must be made through official TH Travel channels. Authorities are investigating the fraudulent scheme. TH Travel has pledged full cooperation with the police and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) in their investigation.
