Malaysian Hajj Media Crew Returns Home After Facing Extreme Heat and Technical Challenges Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Fourteen Malaysian media professionals, including representatives from Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM), returned home late last night after a 53-day assignment covering the 1446H Hajj season in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Their journey wasn't without its difficulties. Extreme heat, with temperatures nearing 50 degrees Celsius, and unexpected technical issues posed significant challenges throughout their coverage. "We faced extreme weather conditions, almost 50 degrees Celsius," explained Muhammad Rastwin Stia, a member of the RTM team. "There were also some technical issues, but Alhamdulillah, we were able to complete our mission." Despite these difficulties, the RTM crew successfully documented the pilgrimage, providing valuable coverage for the Malaysian public.
