Boston Cyclist Visits Every Dunkin' on National Donut Day for MS Research
BOSTON, MA – On National Donut Day, local cyclist Adam embarked on an extraordinary journey, biking to every single Dunkin' location across Boston to raise awareness and funds for multiple sclerosis (MS) research. The ambitious feat saw Adam cover 78 miles and visit 92 Dunkin' establishments over 16 hours, starting in the early hours of the morning. Adam's ride was met with enthusiastic support from Dunkin' employees, who cheered him on at various stops, and even garnered attention from local news crews, amplifying his message. Despite facing challenges such as navigating complex urban routes and a brief detour in a parking garage, Adam remained determined, often joined by fellow cyclists and friends. By the end of his extensive ride, Adam had successfully raised over $8,350 for MS research, surpassing his initial goal of $5,000. This remarkable effort serves as a prelude to the larger Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway charity ride, a 175-mile event scheduled for June 28th and 29th, for which donations are still being accepted.
