Belgrade, Serbia – Siniša Mali, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, extended a warm welcome to over 400 delegates from 154 countries and 5 international institutions at the International Planning Meeting for EXPO 2027, held in Belgrade. The high-level gathering, which commenced on June 10, 2025, marks a crucial step in the preparations for the global exhibition. Addressing the assembled representatives, Mali emphasized the profound significance of their presence, stating, "It is a great honor and pleasure to address you today. The presence of over 400 delegates from 154 countries and 5 international institutions is a huge number and shows not only the justification of our efforts but also the immense interest in EXPO 2027."
