
Runner Completes Personal Best 60-Minute Treadmill Workout
In a recent fitness update, a dedicated runner, known online as Brett Chody, successfully completed her longest treadmill run to date, logging 7.2 miles in 60 minutes with an impressive 8:25 average pace. The workout, shared in a personal vlog, included a structured routine designed to build endurance and speed. The session began with a 20-minute warm-up, followed by a series of challenging intervals. Chody performed four sets of five-minute fast runs, each interspersed with two minutes of easy jogging. She then transitioned into five one-minute sprints, each followed by a one-minute jog, before cooling down to complete the hour-long session. "I'm honestly really proud of myself," Chody stated, highlighting how the interval structure helped the time pass quickly. This achievement marks a significant milestone in her running journey.
