Szigorít a TikTok: sokkal nehezebb lesz élőzni, megszűnik a kéregetés

TikTok announced significant changes to its platform policies, set to take effect on July 25th. According to a recent video update, the popular short-form video app will introduce stricter requirements for live streaming, limiting access to creators who maintain a minimum of 100,000 weekly viewers. In addition to the live streaming criteria, the platform is reportedly tightening its user guidelines across various content categories. This includes more stringent enforcement against the unauthorized use of copyrighted music and a stricter stance on explicit or nude content. The changes are perceived by some as a move to professionalize content creation on the platform. One content creator, speaking on the matter, suggested that these new regulations align with the natural evolution observed on other major social media platforms like Meta and Facebook, where initial leniency eventually gives way to more structured content and monetization strategies. The creator speculated that these tightened rules might encourage content creators to invest more in advertising on the platform, ultimately benefiting established and high-quality creators by increasing the value and reach of their live streams.
