"CHR was supposed to be an affordable class in Toyota."
The all-electric 2026 Toyota C-HR is expected to hit the market next year. The new model boasts impressive performance with a 338hp electric engine, reaching 0-60mph in under 5 seconds. The C-HR's design has also been significantly updated, featuring a stylish exterior and a high-tech interior. "This thing goes 0 to 60 in under five seconds!" exclaimed the reviewer from Car Confections in their recent TikTok video. The interior includes a 14-inch screen and dual wireless charging pads. Despite its coupe-like SUV appearance, it offers about 25 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row. Toyota estimates the price to be between $40,000 and $45,000. The release is anticipated sometime in 2026.
