The vlogger embarked on a comprehensive tasting experience, sampling a range of local delicacies. Among the dishes reviewed were the signature cooked Sanlúcar prawns, praised for their freshness and authentic flavor, and the fried 'Chihuato' prawns, noted for their light and non-intrusive batter. The vlogger also enjoyed the trinchado de atún rojo (red tuna), describing its combination with tomato pulp and olive oil as spectacular, and a unique marine salmorejo, which he found to be a refreshing alternative to traditional versions. While most dishes received high praise, the ventresca de corvina (sea bass belly) was noted for being slightly chewy, suggesting it might have been overcooked.
