No se necesitan cebollas, ni carnes, ni quesos, ni ninguna innovación moderna, solo productos simples, bien seleccionados y una preparación cuidadosa
San José, Costa Rica – Chef Roberta, known for her authentic Italian cuisine, recently shared her recipe for Penne all'Arrabbiata, a dish celebrated for its intense and spicy flavor. In a step-by-step video demonstration, Chef Roberta showcased the simplicity of the recipe, emphasizing its Roman soul. The preparation begins with heating extra virgin olive oil in a pan, to which garlic and chili flakes are added and sautéed until golden. Following this, tomato sauce is incorporated and left to simmer for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and deepen. Once the sauce is nearly ready, al dente penne pasta is added directly to the pan, ensuring it is thoroughly coated. A final touch of fresh parsley completes the dish. Chef Roberta highlighted that the full recipe, along with many others, is available in her digital cookbook, "Italia en Tus Manos," accessible via her official website. For those in Costa Rica, she extended an invitation to experience the authentic taste of Penne all'Arrabbiata and other traditional Italian dishes directly at her restaurant, Aroma Roma, located in San José, Sabana Sur.
