Costco desplaza a Pepsi por Coca-Cola y desata debate
Costco dejó el azul y se pintó de rojo con la llegada de Coca-Cola, un cambio que desató nostalgia, festejos y un intenso debate en redes.
Costco Mexico has officially transitioned its food court soda fountains from Pepsi to Coca-Cola products, marking a significant change for the popular wholesale retailer's beverage offerings. The change, which began with the Valle Oriente branch in Monterrey, is expected to roll out nationwide. Customers can now find a variety of Coca-Cola beverages at the self-serve soda stations, including Coca-Cola Original, Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola Light, Fuze Tea, Sprite Zero Sugar, Joya Apple, and Fanta Zero Sugar. This move concludes a long-standing partnership with PepsiCo. Additionally, the iconic Costco hot dog combo, a staple of the food court experience, will now be paired with a Coca-Cola beverage. The change has sparked considerable discussion among Costco members, with many expressing their preferences for either the new Coca-Cola options or the previously offered Pepsi products.
