Diddy Trial: 'Racy Texts' and Sex Worker Transport Allegations Revealed in Court
New evidence has emerged in the ongoing trial against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, including text messages that challenge prior testimonies and details from a Homeland Security agent. Racy texts between Diddy and an ex-girlfriend, identified as Jane Doe, were revealed in court. These messages reportedly contradict Jane Doe's earlier claims that she was an unwilling participant in certain activities. In one text from May 2023, Jane Doe wrote to Diddy, "We didn't film it. You forgot and you promised you wouldn't forget," in reference to 'freak-offs.' The jury was also shown texts from Cassie, where she asked Diddy how he would feel if his children were subjected to similar situations. On Monday, the court heard from the final prosecution witness, Special Agent Joseph Cerciello of Homeland Security. Agent Cerciello testified that Diddy appeared to have paid for a sex worker named Cabral to fly from Atlanta to New York and stay at the Trump International Hotel for a 'freak-off.' This testimony is part of the prosecution's effort to prove the charge of transportation to engage in prostitution.
