Central Beach Set to Open Soon in Split's Žnjan: An Exclusive Preview

SPLIT, Croatia – Central Beach, a highly anticipated new bar and restaurant, is set to open its doors soon at Žnjan beach in Split. Dalmatinski portal recently offered an exclusive preview of the venue, currently undergoing final construction, featuring an interview with Šime Elez, a key figure behind the project. Elez explained that the establishment aims to become a central hub for social events and relaxation in Žnjan, operating year-round. "We want to be the center of events here in Žnjan this summer, and location-wise, we are indeed central," Elez stated during the tour. He highlighted the progress of the construction, noting that the outlines of the space are already visible, with plans for a spacious garden area and a well-equipped interior kitchen and bar. Central Beach promises a diverse culinary offering, including specialty pizzas and fresh salads, alongside a wide array of beverages. "The pizzas will be excellent, and we'll also have salads," Elez confirmed, adding that they will offer "whatever your heart desires" in terms of drinks. The video showcased architectural renders, providing a glimpse into the modern and inviting design of the finished venue.
