Spanish Salad Producer Florette Faces Packaging Challenge: Florette, a leading Spanish salad producer based in Milagro, Navarra, produces over 12 million bags of salad annually. The company boasts of its commitment to sustainability, using 100% renewable energy and reducing water consumption. However, the reliance on plastic packaging remains a significant hurdle.
