Beverly Juarez, speaking on behalf of her family, stated that her father was detained on Friday, the 30th, and his stay application, submitted in Miramar, Miami, was sent to the Krome Detention Center. Juarez highlighted that her father is a business owner and taxpayer, not a criminal, and has been in the U.S. for over 20 years. The family also fears the imminent departure of their mother.
