Hunt to find coward who taped puppies mouths shut, left them in bush
An investigation has been launched by the RSPCA to find out who is responsible for leaving the dogs in such a state.
QUEENSLAND, Australia – Two puppies were discovered abandoned in the Australian bush with their mouths and legs taped shut, in what authorities are describing as a horrific act of cruelty. The puppies were found by a rescuer, identified as Chantel Sibilla, after a two-day search. Video footage shared online shows Ms. Sibilla carefully removing the black tape from one of the distressed puppies on the back of a utility vehicle. The small, brown and white puppy, visibly uncomfortable, gradually showed signs of relief as the restraints were cut away. Another black and white puppy was also rescued from the same area. The incident has sparked outrage among animal welfare advocates. A representative from RSPCA Queensland, which was tagged in the original post, confirmed their involvement in the ongoing care of the rescued animals. The puppies are now safe and receiving necessary attention. Investigations into the cruel act are expected to follow.
