Aubrey O'Day Predicts Diddy's Trial Outcome, Expresses Industry Concerns

O'Day stated her belief that Combs would likely be found guilty on at least two charges, including one related to sex trafficking. However, she suggested that the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act charge might result in a hung jury. "I believe one of the sex trafficking charges... I think RICO is gonna come back hung," O'Day commented.
