Niles revealed that her character was initially slated to have a Jamaican accent. However, she ultimately decided to portray the character with a Bajan accent, a choice that resonated deeply with her. "I think I want to make her Bajan," Niles recounted telling the director, who was receptive to the idea. A particularly humorous moment arose when Niles attempted to teach co-star Brad Pitt a popular Bajan saying: "Cheese on bread." She explained Pitt's initial confusion, mistaking it for literally cheese on bread, which led to a lighthearted exchange.
