Jacksonville, FL – Authorities were called to a storage facility in Jacksonville after an individual reported a disturbing discovery within a newly purchased unit. The unit's new owner, who acquired it through an auction, found two coolers emitting a strong, foul odor and covered in flies. Upon closer inspection, the coolers contained multiple black bags filled with decaying matter, believed to be animal remains. The individual immediately contacted law enforcement. Officer Santiago of the Jacksonville Police Department responded to the scene, donned protective gloves, and began a preliminary examination of the coolers' contents. The investigation is ongoing to determine the nature of the materials and how they came to be in the storage unit.
