RECHITSA, Belarus – The State Automobile Inspection of Belarus has reported the revocation of driving licenses for two individuals in Rechitsa following dangerous maneuvers at pedestrian crossings. The incidents, captured on video and released by the GAI, underscore ongoing efforts to enhance road safety and protect pedestrians. The first incident occurred during daylight hours, showing a vehicle failing to yield to a pedestrian lawfully using a marked crosswalk. A second, separate incident, recorded at night, depicted a similar violation where a driver disregarded pedestrian right-of-way. According to the GAI, both drivers involved in these infractions have had their driving privileges revoked.
