President Marcos Orders Immediate Investigation into Lack of Water in School Restrooms The lack of running water in school restrooms has prompted President Bongbong Marcos to order an immediate investigation. The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) has been given 48 hours to submit an initial report. The issue came to light after President Marcos personally inspected several schools in Bulacan.
