Malacca, Malaysia – Razak bin Baba, a 55-year-old physically disabled shoe repairman, continues to work tirelessly to support his three children, aged 10, 16, and 18, despite battling stage 3 heart disease. Mr. Razak, who was abandoned by his wife, travels daily on a three-wheeled motorcycle to his shoe repair stall in Malim Jaya, Melaka, located next to a gold shop and in line with Maybank, operating from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The challenges faced by Mr. Razak are immense. He relies on his physical strength, despite his disability, to mend shoes, earning a modest income to feed and care for his children. His youngest child, aged 10, attends a regular school and is transported by Mr. Razak in the mornings, with him picking her up in the afternoons. His older children are 16 and 18 years old. During an interview with content creator Ustad Jungler, Mr. Razak shared his profound sadness over his circumstances, particularly the loss of his wife and parents, leaving him as the sole guardian for his children. He expressed his determination to continue working to provide for them through halal means. He also revealed that he is scheduled for a check-up at Serdang Hospital in August for his heart condition, noting the high costs associated with private medical care. In response to his story, Ustad Jungler presented Mr. Razak with a donation of RM500, collected from viewers and friends. Mr. Razak expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all donors, praying for their abundant blessings. The content creator urged the public to share the video to raise awareness and encourage further assistance for Mr. Razak and his family.
