A recent social media post by makeup artist Héctor Huerta has brought to light allegations of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by renowned Mexican actress Elizabeth Alvarez. Huerta, who was contracted to work on the 'Perfume de Gardenia' production in La Paz and Los Cabos, shared a detailed account of his experience, which he described as deeply humiliating. According to Huerta, Alvarez arrived at 5:40 PM for a 6:00 PM show, causing significant stress for the makeup team. He stated that Alvarez exhibited a "super rude" and "super disrespectful" attitude from the moment she arrived. "She yelled at me in front of everyone," Huerta recounted, expressing his shock as he had never been treated so poorly. He mentioned that Alvarez complained about his tools and became agitated when he entered her dressing room to retrieve his makeup, despite his explanation that he needed to access his equipment for other performers and for potential touch-ups during the show. Huerta contrasted Alvarez's behavior with that of fellow actress Aracely Arámbula, whom he praised as "an angel" and "super humble." He emphasized the emotional toll of the incident, stating, "I put myself to cry in front of everyone." The makeup artist concluded his video by urging Alvarez to treat people with more respect and humility, asserting that "we are all equal."
