In the recording, an operator answers, "Emergency Call Center, good day, how can I help?" The caller then requests to be connected to the firefighters, prompting the operator to ask, "What happened?" The caller's unexpected response, "Nothing, I just want to ask if they fill up pools," underscores the type of inappropriate calls that divert essential resources.Authorities emphasize that emergency lines are exclusively for genuine emergencies requiring immediate assistance from police, fire, or ambulance services.
