A young woman from Ukraine, known only as Ptaska, recently shared her harrowing experience with starvation. In a brief video interview, she described the intense hunger she endured, highlighting the difficulty of articulating the depth of suffering to those who haven't experienced it firsthand. "It's hard to explain to yourself, let alone others, what it's like when you've been starving," she shared. To cope, Ptaska turned to art, creating and selling drawings to earn money. She also relied on energy drinks and cola for sustenance, a choice she acknowledges negatively impacted her health.
