A DoorDash driver, who identifies herself as a victim of sexual assault, has publicly shared her distressing experience, alleging that she has been penalized by multiple entities after reporting the incident. The woman claims that on October 12, 2025, while delivering an order, she encountered a customer who was indecently exposed. She states she recorded the incident as evidence. Following the alleged assault, she reported the customer to DoorDash. While the customer was reportedly banned, the driver's own account was deactivated by DoorDash just two days later. "DoorDash deactivated me. DoorDash punished me for exposing my assaulter," she stated in her video. She appealed the deactivation but was denied within 12 hours, without a clear reason provided by the company. In addition to the issues with DoorDash, the driver reported the incident to law enforcement. However, she asserts that the police have taken no action. "The police are doing nothing," she claimed, expressing profound frustration. Her attempts to share her story on TikTok have also been met with resistance, as she alleges the platform has repeatedly removed her videos and issued strikes, threatening to ban her account. "TikTok is currently punishing me for exposing my story time," she explained. The driver emphasizes her belief that she, as the victim, is being unjustly punished by DoorDash, the police, and TikTok, while her alleged assailant remains unpunished. She vows to continue speaking out, stating that sharing her story is the only justice she is currently receiving.
