The area is currently under a temporary and indefinite closure to the public.According to the official communication, the influencers' actions constitute a serious violation of current environmental regulations and jeopardize conservation efforts within the fragile ecosystem of Huaytapallana. The management emphasized that such actions set a negative precedent, especially given the influencers' public reach.The notification urges both Solfrom and Nelson Vidal to issue a public rectification through their social media platforms. They are also called upon to actively promote respect for environmental norms and conservation efforts, and to exhort their followers to refrain from visiting restricted areas. The incident highlights the ongoing challenges in protecting natural reserves from unauthorized access, particularly from individuals with significant online influence.
