‘The rumors about them are true’: Woman tries Alani Witch’s Brew for the first …
A woman says one can of Alani Witch’s Brew energy drink landed her in the ER with a dangerously high heart rate. She’s not the only one.
A young woman, Jazlyn Thomas, recently shared a harrowing personal account of being hospitalized after consuming a popular "Witch's Brew Alani" energy drink. Thomas detailed experiencing severe heart palpitations, anxiety, and panic attacks, which culminated in a visit to the emergency room. Upon arrival, medical staff recorded her heart rate at an alarming 180 beats per minute, prompting concerns of a potential heart attack. Doctors even considered administering medication to temporarily stop and reset her heart. Thomas, who describes herself as an active and healthy individual with no prior health issues, stated that all her subsequent blood tests and examinations returned normal results, with no evidence of thyroid problems or blood clots. She attributes the severe reaction directly to the "Witch's Brew" flavor, expressing concern over energy drinks requiring specific consumption "rules." She has since been prescribed medication for high blood pressure and heart rate and is currently wearing a heart monitor.
