Tokyo, Japan – Freelance creator Jinta, known for his '100-day challenge' to build an ideal home office, recently showcased an innovative lighting upgrade in his workspace. On day 39 of his project, Jinta installed LED tape lights along a prominent wall feature, a solution inspired by his online community. The creator had initially purchased the lights for a shelf, only to discover they were rendered unusable after being cut. "I was so foolish," Jinta admitted, reflecting on his initial mistake. However, viewer feedback provided a new direction, suggesting the lights could highlight a unique architectural element in his room. Despite his self-proclaimed struggles with adhesive-based DIY, Jinta meticulously applied the lights. The final installation revealed a striking, color-changing illumination, controllable via Alexa, which he noted, "It's super convenient and looks incredibly cool at night." While observing a slight 'bumpy' appearance from the individual LEDs, he expressed satisfaction with the enhanced ambiance, marking another step towards his goal of a 'world's most concentrated workspace.'
