IOF Tax Hike Debate and Assassination Ring Shake Brazil

Brazil's Finance Minister Haddad and Congress presidents met to discuss the controversial increase of the IOF tax. Senator Rodrigo Pacheco expressed outrage at the assassination plot. The operation was authorized by Supreme Court Justice Cristiano Zanin.
