Huelva, Spain – A recent social media post by local content creator Julia Toboso, known as @juliatobosofit, has brought attention to a unique coastal area in Huelva, sparking interest and discussion among her followers. Toboso's video, uploaded on September 4, 2025, showcases her journey to what she describes as a 'beach with three shores.'The video documents her experience, starting from an initial tranquil shore, then boarding a small ferry named 'La Papalima' to cross to another bank. Upon arrival, she navigates a sandy, dune-filled landscape, which she playfully refers to as a 'desert,' before reaching the final, expansive oceanfront. Toboso expressed her surprise and delight at the secluded nature of this third shore, noting the absence of crowds and the peaceful atmosphere, ideal for swimming. While the video highlights the area's natural beauty, some local commentators have offered clarifications regarding the geographical description. One user explained, 'It is the Rio Piedras. The part where you are at the beginning of the video is El Rompido, which belongs to the town of Cartaya, when you reach the opposite shore, you are in La Flecha de Nueva Umbria, which belongs to Lepe, and when you cross what you call "desert" (Paraje Natural de Marismas del Rio Piedras), you arrive at the "Playa de Santa Pura," belonging to La Antilla (Lepe).' Another comment simply stated, 'no es una playa con 3 orillas son playas diferentes.'Despite the minor geographical debate, Toboso's video successfully captures the allure of Huelva's diverse coastline, encouraging viewers to discover its hidden gems.
