According to the video's description, the confrontation began after the woman rear-ended the filmer. The alleged aggressor then threatened to involve U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), stating, "Trump is taking 'all of us' out." The filmer, who identifies as Hispanic and Black, expressed shock at the racial animosity. "She was so mad that I’m Hispanic she threatened to drag me. All I could do was laugh cause as a black lady your last concern should be another minority," the user wrote.
