Kazakh Village Thrives: A Model of Rural Development

Alexander Kosichin, head of TOO Galichkoye, explains, "For the last fifteen years, we've built around fifty homes, providing central heating and water to all residents." This initiative has not only improved living conditions but also fostered a sense of community, attracting new residents and encouraging those who left to return.
