Pskov to Host Russo-Belarusian Student Media Forum Pskov, Russia – The third annual Russo-Belarusian Forum of Student Media will be held at Pskov State University from May 13th to 17th. This forum, titled "Media Industry," is designed to foster a unified information space within the Union State of Russia and Belarus and to cultivate the next generation of leaders in information policy.
