A woman says some Home Depot delivery workers left her without access to her house and car after they accidentally took an Amazon box.
A recent incident has brought to light potential security concerns following a Home Depot appliance delivery. A customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, reported that during the delivery of a new refrigerator to her residence, an Amazon package containing multiple crucial keys was inadvertently taken by the delivery team. The missing keys include those for her car, house, house mailbox, apartment fob, and apartment mailbox. The customer stated she has made numerous attempts to contact Home Depot customer service and the delivery driver without success. She expressed frustration over the lack of response and the company's failure to offer solutions such as rekeying her locks or providing alternative transportation, leaving her vulnerable due to unauthorized access to her property. Home Depot has not yet issued a public statement regarding the incident.
