    Nutritionist Reveals 5 Simple Daily Habits to Lose 5-10 KG Naturally

    Bogota, Colombia – Nutritionist Luis Gil recently shared five simple daily habits designed to help individuals lose between 5 and 10 kilograms without resorting to strict diets. Gil, who boasts over two decades of experience, outlined a routine focusing on natural processes and sustainable changes. According to Gil, the first step is to hydrate immediately upon waking by drinking two glasses of water. "Your body needs water because it hasn't had any all night," he explained. This helps rehydrate the body after 7-8 hours of sleep. Next, he recommends fasted exercise. "Whatever your capacity allows, whether it's strength training, running, or simply a 20-30 minute walk before breakfast," Gil stated. This practice, he noted, teaches the body to draw energy from its fat reserves. Sun exposure is another key element. Gil advises spending 15 minutes in the sun daily to improve metabolism and mood. For breakfast, he stresses the importance of protein and healthy fats, suggesting options like ham or eggs. Finally, he recommends starting the day with sugar-free coffee, with milk if preferred, but without added sweeteners or syrups. Gil assured viewers that implementing these "small habits" can lead to "big changes" in both physical weight and overall energy and attitude. He encouraged viewers to save the video and follow his advice for a real strategy to lose weight without "crazy diets or punishments."
