The video, which quickly gained traction, displays a close-up view of the ketchup container, clearly showing numerous small, reddish-brown organisms moving within the condiment. The customer expressed strong disapproval of the discovery, stating in the video's overlay, "I went to McDonald's Tanque, and there were a lot of larvae in the ketchup." Loureiro also added a warning to other patrons: "Be careful when you go to eat McDonald's ketchup. Today there was larva in McDonald's ketchup from Taquara."
