Водитель автобуса рассказала 4 неочевидных правила покупки билета
Это основные правила, исполнения которых хотелось бы почаще встречать среди пассажиров.
A local bus driver, Lesya, has released an informational video detailing crucial guidelines for passengers purchasing tickets directly on public transport. The video, which has garnered significant attention online, aims to streamline the boarding process and improve efficiency for both commuters and drivers. Lesya outlined four key rules. Firstly, she stressed that passengers intending to buy tickets from the driver must enter through the front doors. "Drivers will not depart until all passengers who entered through the front have been served," she stated, adding that those entering through other doors might be overlooked. Secondly, she advised passengers to prepare their exact fare in advance. "Searching for money at the last minute causes significant delays and impacts our strict schedules," Lesya explained. This preparation helps ensure a swift transaction. Her third point addressed passenger conduct: "Do not knock on the driver's door if the bus is already pulling away from the stop." She emphasized that drivers' attention must be entirely on road safety during departure, not on late ticket requests. Finally, Lesya highlighted the issue of large denominations. She requested passengers avoid using 50 or 100 ruble notes for small fares. "We are only permitted to carry a limited amount of change, typically up to 5 or 10 rubles, for our entire shift," she clarified. This limitation makes it impossible for drivers to break large bills for every passenger. The initiative seeks to foster better understanding and cooperation between public transport staff and passengers, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and pleasant travel experience for everyone in the city.
