Influencer Megan The Trainer Battles Impersonation: Warns Fans About Fake Accounts
Social media influencer Megan The Trainer has issued a public warning to her followers regarding a deceptive Facebook page impersonating her. In a recent video, the fitness and nutrition coach clarified her authentic online presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, while explicitly disavowing a Facebook page that has accumulated over 31,000 followers by reposting her content. Megan The Trainer stated that she has attempted to contact the administrators of the fake Facebook page to request a name change or conversion to a fan page, but her efforts have been met with no response. She is now urging her genuine followers to report the fraudulent page to help prevent potential misuse of her identity. In addition to addressing the impersonation issue, Megan The Trainer also announced an upcoming YouTube video where she will provide an overview of her recent ovarian cyst removal surgery. She explained her content strategy, noting that her TikTok focuses on real-time journey updates, her YouTube channel features nutrition and meal prep shorts, along with longer, sit-down discussions, and her Instagram is reserved for more personal content.
